Information we collect
When you submit the quote form we store the details you enter: name, company, business email, optional phone, country and delivery location, buyer type, requested items and your message, plus the date and a one-way hashed network identifier used to limit spam. The quote list you build before submitting is kept only in your own browser.
How we use it
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare and follow up a quote, and keep a business record of the request. We do not sell your information or add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Where it is stored and who sees it
Requests are stored in the website database and may be forwarded to our internal business mailbox. Product specifications (not your contact details) may be shared with suppliers to prepare a quote. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. Because we are based in China, your information may be processed outside Australia.
Cookies and analytics
The website does not set advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before it is enabled.
Retention, access and correction
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the business relationship and our legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing mikesales@axivoratrade.com.
