How to request a quote
A complete description lets us check the part once and quote accurately.

Identify the part
Use the marked model, series or a clear description. A photo or drawing helps for unmarked parts.

Add dimensions
Outside diameter in mm, groove count, bore and keyway or bush size. Outside and pitch diameter are different measurements.
- 03
Quantity & destination
List each line with its quantity and your delivery city or port in Australia.
- 04
We check & reply
We confirm specification, price, availability and lead time with the supplier and reply in writing. Questions come back to you before we quote.
What a quote states
- Exact specification per line, including bore and keyway
- Unit price, currency and Incoterm (e.g. FOB Shanghai or CIF/CFR your port)
- Availability and lead time confirmed for that request
- Packing, shipping method and quote validity
- Payment terms
Before you send
- Prices are not published online; each request is quoted individually.
- Import duties, GST and local charges in Australia are the buyer's responsibility unless the quote states otherwise.
- We do not claim cross-brand interchangeability without checking dimensions for your request.
